Prouds Jewellers HQ
Plumb and Level Masonry worked under 2nd tier builders Kell & Rigby to complete the Proud’s Jewellers Headquaters located on 12-28 Parramatta Rd, Summer Hill, Sydney. We are not only well equipped for any sort of residential work, but also for large commercial buildings such as this.
Imperial Hotel Paddington
Plumb and Level Masonry undertook all of the brickwork involved in renovating the Imperial Hotel located on Oxford St, Paddington. This heritage building maintains its art-deco style, and all the brickwork has only enhanced the structure and look of this Hotel. We worked along with Platinum projects, and the renovation was completed in early 2011.
Southern Cross Catholic College
The Southern Cross Catholic Vocational College is a project which commenced in 2010. It is a high quality vocational learning and training provision, and is located at 17 Comer St, Burwood. The stylish brickwork involved in this building speaks for itself. Work undertaken with respected building company- Ganellen.
Merrylands Civic Square (Mason & Main Stage 1)
Plumb and Level Masonry contributed to this new hub for businesses and residents to come together, enhancing the sense of community in the already vibrant suburb of Merrylands.
Heffron Centre
This project, with a substantial masonry budget of $1.6 million, involved a major refurbishment and new build aimed at benefiting the community. The collaboration with ADCO, a reputable construction company renowned for its dedication to sustainability and community engagement, ensured a responsible and high-quality execution. Nepean Kingswood TAFE
ADCO eagerly commenced construction on the new $80 million Institute of Applied Technology for Construction (IATC) at TAFE NSW Kingswood – Nepean in Sydney’s western region. The groundbreaking ceremony, attended by ADCO’s Managing Director Neil Harding and several key ministers, marked the initiation of this significant project. The IATC aims to train up to 700 trades students annually, positioning itself as a premier training hub aligned with industry standards.
Sutherland Entertainment Centre
This project involved a major refurbishment and new build with a budget of $1.2 million. The collaboration with ADCO, a leading construction company known for its commitment to sustainability and community engagement, ensured a high-quality and socially responsible approach.
Concord Oval
Concord Oval is a rectangular stadium located in the inner west of Sydney. It reopened in November 2022 following a major $85 million redevelopment which saw its two grandstands demolished and its 18,000 capacity significantly reduced.
